- Reporting directly to the owner and Director of the Company, I serve as a Project and Process Performance Analyst with ISO certification. My responsibilities include analyzing, interpreting, and enhancing the performance of our most critical projects.
- My role is pivotal in ensuring that projects not only meet deadlines and budgetary constraints but also excel in terms of quality and team satisfaction.
- Each project may be executed differently, maintaining a standard process while incorporating unique aspects. I am tasked with creating customized Power BI Data Modules/SQL for each project to provide comprehensive visibility to both the team and customers. This involves working with diverse data sources and systems to achieve optimal integration.
- My role is highly flexible; I also fulfill duties as a Project Manager and Master Data Management specialist. I oversee stock purchasing, invoice management, engineer visit planning, and ensure client satisfaction with each task performed.
- Additionally, I am a member of the ISO Audit Team. Whenever there are process changes, I update documents and flow diagrams to reflect these changes, as well as adapt all impacted reports. This ensures that all improvements and customizations are implemented seamlessly.

Team Leadership Experiences
ABB - I led a team of six employees (comprising Electrical Engineers and Designers) on projects for Petrobrás Platforms (P58, P61, and P62). I was responsible for defining the entire project scope for the Operational Screens of the Platform Automation System. Additionally, I scheduled meetings with customers to establish equipment definitions and parameters.
MediLab - I conducted a survey of new process flows implemented at Santa Paula Hospital and Delboni and Lavoisier Laboratories. I analyzed the processes and replicated the development of new tools. I conducted weekly meetings with Specialty Leading Physicians to define area flows, and I provided training for support staff and external customers.
