Business and Data Analyst
I graduated in System Analysis and Development and was born in Brazil in 1990. I hold both Brazilian and Italian nationality and I am fluent in multiple languages: English (Advanced), Portuguese (Native), Italian (Fluent), and Spanish (Intermediate).
I am a Systems Analyst and Developer with a bachelor's degree from Universidade Paulista de São Paulo (UNIP) in Brazil. With over 15 years of experience in the technology market, I offer expertise in Data and Business Analysis.
My journey began with a Computer Support internship at the age of 15 while studying IT Technician. Since then, I have worked in various companies where I have made a significant impact and opened new opportunities. Through the challenges of providing customer support and resolving system or process issues, I have accumulated extensive experience in Systems Analysis, Implementation, Automation, and Data Analysis.
I have extensive experience as a Team Leader. I prioritize maintaining a peaceful and flexible work environment with positive energy. I highly value knowledge sharing and consistently maintaining open communication. In my view, a company doesn't consist of separate teams but rather interconnected ones, fostering a cohesive team dynamic throughout the entire organization.
